"Jackie Rocco and all of the staff members at Sarah Drew's State Farm Insurance office in Veronal have always been a great team to work with over the past 12 years. Just recently, I had an issue with State Farm's website, provided feedback and within 48 hours (including the weekend), had not only received a call back with a work around to resolve the issue, but had received a personal email from Sarah requesting additional information so that the work around could be found. Sarah, Jackie and the rest of the team are just that......Like a Good Neighbor."

"I had a homeowners and two autos insured with the Drew agency. I cancelled the autos because the rates were too expensive. Then the Drew agency started harassing me. I would get calls from someone named Carlos who without any apparent purpose would call and just say "this is Carlos from State Farm, call me back." After a few calls from Carlos I complained to Sarah and I got an email saying how sorry she was and "Sarah is truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciates your understanding and patience during this time." What "time"? Obviously they were using AI to respond. I am elderly and just to hear the messages I have to go put my hearing aids in, which is a hassle. So what do they do next? They called again! This time it was someone who announced himself as Ellen from the Drew agency wanting to sell me more insurance! Whatever happened to politeness and respect? EDIT: I don't know if the caller was "Ellen" or not, I can't hear! But it was a call from Drew's office. They don't even bother to address me formally, more like "hey you". To these kids like Carlos and Ellen I am just someone whose phone number they had possession of, and they had no thought that calling me might be an inconvenience, even though I told Sarah Drew that it was an inconvenience! I'll cancel the homeowner's policy when I get a chance. Life is too short to stand for this harassment. So... Beware!"

"Good morning Glen, I’m so sorry to hear about this terrible experience you had. We do not have anybody in our office named Ellen. I would love to talk to you in detail about this. We received your message the day of the community barbecue that we were hosting and put an alert to please not call you, in which we promptly did! If you received an additional call that was not from my office. I am so sorry to hear that. We always respect our customers wishes if you look on my website, you can see all the people that work for me and we do not have an Ellen. In addition to the policy notes I let everyone on my team know specifically not to call because of the troubles with your hearing aid, I understand this because my grandpa had this issue with the phone as well. I am truly sorry for the calls Carlos made we didn’t know the circumstances. If you receive a call from “ Ellen” or anyone else impersonating my agency please let me know! I will get to the bottom of this. I hope you have a nice day. I understand your frustration. Our intent in contacting you is never to harass but to make sure you are insured properly. Please accept our apology. "
