I understand your concerns regarding State Farm's operations in California, and I appreciate the opportunity to clarify some important points. State Farm is committed to upholding our policyholders' interests and ensuring that claims are handled fairly. Firstly, it's important to note that State Farm has been a trusted presence in California since 1928. While some changes have occurred in California, less than 2%, were affected, and we continue to serve over 1 million homes in the state, including high-risk areas. Additionally, our commitment to our customers remains unwavering. We are proud to have over 2,000 licensed agents in California who provide excellent service and support every day. Customer Care Sites are currently operational and assisting customers. As of January 17th, we have received over 8,300 claims and we've already put well over $50 million dollars back into customers’ hands. Regarding our donation efforts State Farm is making a $2 million commitment to support relief efforts in the areas most impacted by the California wildfires. These funds will provide support for critical needs including shelter, food pantry supplies and other resources to help communities recover. Organizations receiving the funding include the American Red Cross, Feeding America, Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation and Hollywood Food Coalition. This recent article shares ways you can help support relief efforts in California. It's also worth mentioning that State Farm is not a publicly traded company, which allows us to prioritize the needs of our customers over the demands of shareholders. They were giving out free food, and even though they didn't have a vegan option for meat, I was still able to eat plenty. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I left feeling happy and satisfied. "Don't waste your time. Spent 15 minutes filling out information on State farms website only to be asked more questions when they contact you. Wouldn't be a problem but when I asked for a tailored quote for two vehicles & home Nathan in New Glarus ghosted me. Thought he may have forgot and emailed again, two weeks later no response. Defiantly not professionals and not who you want in your corner when you need help."

I am not sure what happened with the quote, this seems very out of character for Nathan and our office. We have had a few e-mail glitches with our email redirects in the past few weeks. Which our provider has assured us was fixed. I’m curious to know which email you used for him and when these were sent so that I can verify the receipt of the email. Would you send that to me?
